Shipping Policy – Within India

At TESAARO, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for orders within India.

1. Shipping Timeline

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date your payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim for timely dispatch and safe arrival.

2. Shipping Costs

  • South India: INR 60
  • Rest of India: INR 80
  • Lakshadweep & Andaman Nicobar: INR 150

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Metropolitan Cities (ROI): 2 to 5 working days
  • Remote Locations: 5 to 7 working days

Please Note: In cases of unexpected delays caused by the courier company, we will do our best to track your order and provide updates, but TESAARO will not be held liable for such delays.

5. Tracking and Collection

  • Customers are encouraged to track their orders regularly once shipped to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Please ensure that someone is present at the given delivery address to receive the package.
  • If your delivery address is a non-residential location (office, hotel, etc.), you are responsible for coordinating with the courier collection point or the respective courier agency. We are happy to guide you in case of any difficulties.
  • Be aware of any collection points (hostel, gated community, office, etc.) associated with your delivery address to avoid delays.

6. Missed Deliveries

  • Delivery executives typically do not call before delivering. 1-3 delivery attempts will be made. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be held at the nearest courier hub. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the hub to arrange for re-delivery.
  • If the package is returned to us due to non-availability at the delivery address, the customer will need to bear the re-shipping charges to send it again.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including the correct pin code and state. Failure to do so may result in delays or returned packages.

8. Return Due to Non-Delivery

  • In cases where a parcel is returned to us due to customer non-availability or inability to receive the package, we will charge the standard shipping fees for re-shipping.

9. Delivery on a Specific Date

  • If you require delivery at a delayed or specific date, kindly mention the preferred delivery date in the "Notes" section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
