Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tesaaro by Teena lal, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. Please carefully review our return and refund guidelines outlined below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have up to 3 days from the day your order is delivered to initiate a return. After this period, the return window will automatically close, and we won’t be able to accept returns beyond this time frame.

- Opening Video Required: If you receive a damaged product, please record a continuous video from the moment you begin unboxing the package until the point where the damage is visible. This uncut video is required for us to process any return or replacement.
- Note: We rely on this video as our suppliers require it for return authorization. Without it, we may not be able to honor the return.
2. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Instead of a monetary refund, you’ll receive a store gift card or coupon code with unlimited validity that you can use for future purchases at Tesaaro
- Return Shipping Fee: A charge of INR 80 will apply for reverse shipping (when we arrange for the product to be collected from you). This amount will be deducted from the value of the returned product before the gift card is issued.
- Damaged Items: If the item you receive is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund via a gift card or coupon code, with no deduction for return shipping costs.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, contact our customer support through WhatsApp at +919447010580. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange the collection of the product.

5. Replacement or Gift Card
- In cases where the product is damaged or defective, we will either:
- Send a replacement piece, or
- Provide you with a gift card, which can be used to make future purchases from our store.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Please note that used items cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and unused.
7. Cancellations
- Due to our operational structure, we do not support order cancellations. We ask our customers to carefully review their purchases before completing the order to avoid any regretful decisions.
